Celtic Frost’s brilliant return to the scene with the extremely dark and evil ‘Monotheist’ was a clear winner. This album just drips a disquieting tone that is hard to comprehend let alone surpass. It’s just so fuckn nefariously good and sick at the same time. I’ve been playing it since the day it came out and it is always a cathartic listening experience to this day.
