New Year’s Eves come and go. One after the other, they pile on and then splinter away as the hour draws far away from midnight.
Some, are memorable. Some, we’d rather forget.
Some, are awe inspiring and purely magical.
After a turbulent year - I now find myself in the arms of someone who has taught me to live again.
Together, we made a pact to list down the bad things that have happened to both of us over the course of 2006. Together we would sit on the sand of St.Kilda beach amongst all the insanity of the party revelers around us and forget the negativity that had infested our lives and instead, focus on the good that is to come. Without a moment’s hesitation, we set those lists on fire. We watched the pain and all the bullshit that clings to it… burn into black ash. We buried the past.

The Lists rest before their final cremation!
We hugged. We kissed. We walked away from the hell that was yesterday and joined as one as we celebrated the arrival of the new year. Our time. Our time.
Let the wild rumpus start…
And to the one - who came into my life… I thank you and I will cherish my every moment with you. I will appreciate you for everything that you are and for all that you do. I’m yours.

Happy for you mate! You deserve it.
Looks like your new year is gonna kick some major ass.
