The Sopranos final episode. The ending was never going to be straightforward - nothing ever was in the world of Tony Soprano. That is why millions of viewers around the world have been addicted to eight years of plot twists that finally came to an end last night.

    I don’t know if it matters or not but did anybody notice the boyscouts that were at the resturant were also present when bobby bacala got shot at that store where he was going to buy those trains.

    1. the guy a the counter was phil leotardo’s nephew.
    2. the guy in camaflage was Robt Patrick the sprting goods store owner and neighbor of Tony’s that lost gambling and had to give Tony his car.
    3. The 2 black guys were in a shooting matcch with Tony a copuple of seasons ago.
    4. Janice (like Meadow) saw her father shot. Meadow was late to the table.
    5. Tony and Bobby were talking about death and what it is likje and Tony said I guess everything just goes black.

    Dave, none of the actors in the final scene had been in the show before. And though there were signs built-in of Tony’s death, there were also signs he lives. The lyric in Journey’s song, for example, says clearly, “the movie never ends, it goes on and on and on and on.” Also, that conversation with Bobby could just as well have been a foreshadowing of Bobby’s death.

    David Chase wanted confusion and ambiguity so people go on talking about the series til he’s ready to resume it or make his movie.
