Although I was never a huge fan of the original Star Trek series, I was a nerdy buff on all things Star Trek: The Next Generation and the subsequent spin-offs. Having said that, I always enjoyed the entire Trek mythos and am very much looking forward to the new JJ Abrams film which comes out in mid ‘09.

I share your feelings in that I’m not a huge fan of the original series, but I also LOVE Next Generation and beyond (well, maybe not ‘Enterprise’ so much). These posters look pretty good, and to me the actors seem to be good, accurate “early” versions of the original actors. I’m hoping this movie will give Star Trek the attention it deserves.
